Acceptable Use Policy

Acceptable usage standards for our SaaS hosting environments, APIs, and systems.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the types of use that are prohibited on DXBMARK services and platforms. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of service, account cancellation, legal action, and liability for damages.


2. Scope

This policy applies to all users of DXBMARK services, including:

  • Website visitors
  • Account holders and authorized users
  • SaaS product users
  • API users and integration developers
  • Customers of custom development, consulting, or managed services
  • Anyone using DXBMARK services, automation features, integrations, or AI-assisted tools on their own behalf or on behalf of another

3. General Prohibited Uses

You must not use DXBMARK services for:

3.1 Illegal Activity

  • Any use that violates applicable laws, regulations, or court orders
  • Activities that constitute a crime in any jurisdiction
  • Violation of local, state, federal, or international law
  • Money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities
  • Facilitating or enabling illegal activities

3.2 Fraud and Deception

  • Fraud, identity theft, or impersonation
  • Misrepresentation of your identity or authorization
  • Deceptive practices or dishonest dealings
  • Creating fake accounts or misleading profiles
  • Phishing, social engineering, or manipulation

3.3 Harassment and Abuse

  • Threats, harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior
  • Hate speech or discrimination based on protected characteristics
  • Sexual harassment or unwelcome sexual content
  • Stalking or doxxing (publishing private information without consent)
  • Coordinated harassment campaigns

3.4 Violence and Harm

  • Content depicting or promoting violence, self-harm, or suicide
  • Threats of violence or harm against any person
  • Glorification or encouragement of violence
  • Content that could reasonably cause severe emotional distress

4. Technical Abuse and Attacks

You must not:

4.1 Malware and Viruses

  • Create, distribute, or upload malware, viruses, worms, trojans, or other malicious code
  • Compromise, infect, or damage systems or networks
  • Execute denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or network flooding
  • Conduct unauthorized penetration testing or vulnerability exploitation
  • Create or distribute phishing emails or phishing pages

4.2 System Abuse

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to DXBMARK systems or customer systems
  • Circumvent security measures, firewalls, or access controls
  • Scan, probe, or enumerate systems without authorization
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code of DXBMARK services
  • Monitor network traffic or conduct packet sniffing without authorization
  • Disable security features, remove restrictions, or bypass authentication

4.3 API and Automation Abuse

  • Use APIs or automations in a way that exceeds provider rate limits or technical quotas
  • Violate third-party platform terms through DXBMARK integrations or automations
  • Use automated tools that degrade DXBMARK service availability or performance for other users
  • Circumvent access controls, authentication, or usage restrictions through API calls
  • Use integrations or automation workflows to extract, replicate, or mirror DXBMARK service functionality in an unauthorized way

4.4 Resource Abuse

  • Consume excessive bandwidth, server resources, or system capacity beyond authorized limits
  • Use DXBMARK services for cryptocurrency mining, rendering, or computationally intensive tasks not authorized by service terms
  • Deploy scraping bots or automated tools that harm service performance
  • Create thousands of accounts or spam registrations
  • Use DXBMARK services as a proxy or VPN without authorization

5. Content Policies

You must not upload, store, transmit, or access content that:

5.1 Intellectual Property Infringement

  • Infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights
  • Contains pirated software, movies, music, or other copyrighted materials
  • Violates open-source license terms
  • Contains counterfeit products or materials
  • Reproduces third-party content without authorization

Customers and users must not submit, upload, transmit, publish, deploy, integrate, instruct DXBMARK to use, or otherwise provide any content, code, logo, image, photograph, video, audio, font, copy, dataset, document, design file, software, source code, brand material, website content, social media material, third-party asset, or other material that they do not own, have permission to use, or have a lawful right to provide for the applicable service.

Customers and users must not use DXBMARK services to reproduce, distribute, host, publish, modify, deploy, automate, integrate, or commercialise third-party materials in a way that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights, database rights, software license terms, open-source license terms, image licensing terms, font licensing terms, or other intellectual property rights.

DXBMARK may suspend, remove, disable, refuse, or restrict access to any material, service, deployment, page, project, account, repository, or deliverable that DXBMARK reasonably believes may infringe third-party rights, violate applicable law, breach platform rules, or create legal, operational, security, or reputational risk.

5.2 Adult Content

  • Sexually explicit material, pornography, or adult content on general service platforms
  • Content depicting minors in any sexual context

DXBMARK has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and will report suspected CSAM to law enforcement immediately.

5.3 Gambling and Illegal Services

  • Illegal gambling operations or unlicensed betting services
  • Unlicensed or illegal financial services, lending, or investment schemes
  • Drug trafficking or sale of illegal substances
  • Weapons trafficking or illegal weapons sales
  • Human trafficking or forced labor
  • Sale of stolen goods or services

5.4 Dangerous Content

  • Instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or dangerous materials
  • Content promoting self-harm, eating disorders, or substance abuse
  • Content that could reasonably facilitate harm to individuals or communities

6. Spam and Unsolicited Communications

You must not:

6.1 Email and Messaging Spam

  • Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam) or unsolicited marketing messages through DXBMARK services
  • Send emails that misrepresent the sender or subject line
  • Harvest email addresses or contact information without authorization
  • Use DXBMARK automation, integrations, or AI-assisted features to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Violate CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or other anti-spam regulations
  • Create or operate spam lists, spam databases, or spam distribution services

6.2 Unwanted Communications

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten recipients with unsolicited messages
  • Use misleading subject lines or deceptive sender information
  • Bombard recipients with repeated messages through automated workflows
  • Use automated tools to send bulk messages to invalid, unverified, or non-consenting addresses

7. Data Scraping and Unlawful Data Collection

You must not:

7.1 Scraping and Harvesting

  • Scrape, harvest, extract, or systematically collect personal data from websites, platforms, or services in violation of applicable laws, platform terms, robots.txt restrictions, or user consent requirements
  • Use DXBMARK automation, integrations, or AI-assisted features to scrape or harvest personal data without lawful authority
  • Combine, enrich, or profile personal data in violation of applicable data protection laws or user consent
  • Use DXBMARK services to build unlawful contact databases or marketing lists from scraped data

7.2 Unauthorized Data Access

  • Access personal data of third parties without authorization
  • Circumvent privacy settings or data access controls
  • Use DXBMARK services to aggregate or enrich personal data from multiple sources without lawful basis
  • Process special category data (health, race, religion, etc.) through DXBMARK services without explicit consent and appropriate safeguards

8. AI and Automation Restrictions

You must not use DXBMARK services, automation features, integrations, or AI-assisted tools to:

  • Generate spam, phishing content, deceptive communications, or misleading materials
  • Produce malware, malicious code, or harmful automated outputs
  • Conduct unlawful profiling, automated discrimination, or biased algorithmic targeting without disclosure and lawful basis
  • Perform unlawful surveillance, tracking, or monitoring of individuals
  • Impersonate real individuals, organizations, or services in a deceptive manner
  • Conduct credential harvesting or social engineering at scale
  • Create content designed to manipulate elections, spread disinformation, or undermine public trust
  • Perform activities that violate platform terms, data protection laws, or intellectual property rights through automated or AI-assisted means

Users must not use DXBMARK services, forms, chatbots, AI-assisted tools, automations, integrations, APIs, or support systems to collect personal data unlawfully, impersonate individuals or organizations, generate deceptive communications, bypass third-party platform rules, conduct unlawful profiling, or process personal data without appropriate legal authority.

Users must not submit customer, employee, user, payment, health, financial, government ID, children's, or other sensitive data into DXBMARK systems unless such submission is lawful, necessary for the agreed service, and permitted by the applicable agreement.


9. Privacy and Data Protection Violations

You must not:

9.1 Unlawful Data Processing

  • Process personal data without a lawful basis under applicable data protection law
  • Collect personal data through unauthorized, deceptive, or covert means
  • Use personal data in violation of applicable data protection laws including GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA
  • Process special category data without appropriate consent and safeguards
  • Retain personal data beyond the purposes for which it was collected

9.2 Privacy Violations

  • Share, sell, or disclose personal data without authorization or outside the stated purpose
  • Use DXBMARK services for unlawful surveillance, tracking, or monitoring
  • Use DXBMARK services to facilitate stalking, harassment, or endangerment
  • Process biometric data without explicit consent and appropriate legal basis
  • Violate children's privacy rights or collect children's data without parental consent where required

10. Platform Abuse and Manipulation

You must not:

  • Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or manipulate service access
  • Manipulate ratings, reviews, or reputation systems
  • Use bots or automated tools to artificially inflate engagement or visibility
  • Interfere with other users' accounts or data
  • Attempt to monopolize resources or prevent others from using services

11. Compliance with Third-Party Terms

11.1 Third-Party Platform Terms

Customers must not use DXBMARK services, integrations, or automations to violate:

  • Terms of service of third-party platforms (Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Policies of payment processors, hosting providers, or other service providers
  • Brand guidelines or intellectual property policies of other companies
  • Rules set by advertising networks, affiliate programs, or app stores

This includes, without limitation, the terms and policies of payment processors, digital wallets, CRM systems, booking tools, chat and support tools, hosting providers, domain registrars, DNS/CDN providers, analytics providers, AI tools, code repositories, deployment platforms, automation platforms, and infrastructure providers.

11.2 Customer Responsibility

DXBMARK is not responsible for determining whether customer use complies with applicable law or third-party terms. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring lawful compliance with all applicable third-party terms when using DXBMARK integrations, automations, and services.


12. Regulated Activities

Unless you are properly licensed and authorized, you must not use DXBMARK services for:

12.1 Financial Services

  • Money transmission or unlicensed payment processing
  • Investment advisory or securities trading requiring a license
  • Insurance services requiring regulatory authorization
  • Cryptocurrency exchanges or unregulated digital asset services
  • Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or advance-fee fraud

12.2 Healthcare and Medical Services

  • Medical advice or diagnosis without appropriate licensing
  • Unlicensed mental health or counselling services
  • Pharmaceutical sales or unlicensed medicinal products
  • Telemedicine without proper licensing and regulatory compliance
  • Legal advice or legal practice by unqualified persons
  • Notarization or legal document authentication without authorization

13. Customer Responsibilities for Data and Content

Customers are responsible for:

  • The accuracy, legality, and propriety of all data and content they upload, store, or process through DXBMARK services
  • Ensuring they have the right and authority to provide such data and content to DXBMARK
  • Obtaining necessary consents and authorizations for any personal data they process
  • Maintaining compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations
  • Ensuring that their use of customer-managed data complies with third-party platform terms

14. Enforcement and Consequences

14.1 Suspension and Termination

DXBMARK may suspend, restrict, or terminate service if:

  • DXBMARK determines that the customer is violating this policy or applicable law
  • DXBMARK receives credible complaints about the customer's use
  • DXBMARK believes the customer poses a risk to its systems, other users, or the public
  • The customer's account is being used for prohibited purposes
  • Required by law or law enforcement

14.2 Escalation to Law Enforcement

DXBMARK may report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement, including:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Fraud, theft, or financial crimes
  • Harassment, threats, or violence
  • Cybercrime or unauthorized access
  • Trafficking or exploitation

14.3 Account Suspension and Data Consequences

Upon suspension or termination for policy violations:

  • Customer's access to DXBMARK services will be revoked
  • DXBMARK may delete customer account data and content
  • Customer remains liable for all outstanding fees and obligations
  • DXBMARK is not liable for suspension or termination based on this policy

15. Reporting Violations

If you believe a DXBMARK customer is violating this Acceptable Use Policy, contact:

Reports of illegal activity, including suspected CSAM, will be handled with priority and reported to law enforcement as appropriate.


16. Regular Review

DXBMARK may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of DXBMARK services after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material updates will be published at https://www.dxbmark.com/acceptable-use.
